Services
Kontrol Office Cleaning provides office cleaning, commercial cleaning, specialist cleaning, and related services as agreed in your written quote, service agreement, or booking confirmation. Service scope, timing, frequency, and pricing are based on the information you provide and may be updated if site conditions differ from the original brief.

Quotes and Bookings
All quotes are subject to availability and are based on the agreed scope of works. A booking is only confirmed once we accept the job and confirm the service date, time, and pricing with you.

Access and Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing safe access to the premises, accurate site information, and any required entry instructions. If access is unavailable, unsafe, or materially different from the agreed scope, we may reschedule the service or charge a reasonable call-out fee.

Payments
Fees are payable in line with your quote, invoice, or service agreement. Late payments may result in delayed future bookings or suspension of recurring services.

Cancellations and Changes
Please give reasonable notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Short-notice cancellations may incur a fee where our team, equipment, or time has already been allocated.

Service Quality
If you are dissatisfied with a service, contact us promptly and we will review the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a re-clean or another reasonable remedy. Any satisfaction guarantee is subject to the original agreed scope and fair access to inspect or rectify the issue.

Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to re-supplying the service or the reasonable cost of re-supplying the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
