Kontrol Office Cleaning aims to provide reliable, high-quality cleaning services backed by clear communication and fair resolutions.

Quotes and Charges
Pricing is confirmed in your written quote, booking confirmation, or service agreement. Additional charges may apply if you request extra work or if site conditions are materially different from what was originally described.

Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give as much notice as possible. We may charge a reasonable cancellation fee for short-notice cancellations or missed appointments where our team has already been scheduled.

Service Issues
If you believe a completed service did not match the agreed scope, contact us promptly with details. We may inspect the issue and, where appropriate, offer a re-clean, partial credit, or another reasonable remedy.

Refunds
Refunds are not usually provided for completed services where the agreed scope was delivered. Refund requests are reviewed case by case, taking into account the booking details, the service agreement, and any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Non-Refundable Items
Call-out costs, completed labour, and third-party or special-order add-on services may be non-refundable unless required by law.
